  • My wife worked for FedEx. I worked for UPS. Several of our friends have worked for one or the other. Several we know do or have worked for USPS. The only carrier we’re missing is DHL. We can all confirm there’s plenty of shenanigans, random pilferage, and organized theft to go around for everyone. They all hire anyone with a pulse as temp workers. It always surprises me when people think one is really better than another. Maybe that’s true for your home’s route, but not on the whole.

  • The MIT Sloan School of Business has generationally harmed companies. They preach people management (no technical leadership) and multiple layers of managers. All decisions are top down. Feedback is not present. Information does not flow up, only status.

The stock market incentivizes quarterly and annual goals over long term stability, morality, and ethics. No business with such short term goals will ever succeed long term. I firmly believe that no business can be trusted that’s publicly traded.

  • I’ve had my blendtec for like 12 years. It’s got a counter on it for some unknown reason. I just made my morning protein shake. I’m at 5473 uses. My previous blender was an oster that lasted a few years and didn’t work well. I’d previously broken cheap blenders after a few uses. If you use it for more than just mixing up simple things, the vitamix and blentec are worth it. Literally the only reason I picked blendtec is because it fit under my counter. The vitamix was too tall.

  • It’s all fake! They’re not truly selling more.

CCP pays huge subsidies to the company to produce electric cars… Enough to cover the cost of manufacturing. They can’t sell them because there’s too many, they’re too expensive, unreliable, and unusable in many parts of the country. So the company “sells” them to fake buyers, then dumps the cars. There are thousands and thousands of new electric cars roting in rural fields in China. The scandal broke last year. Some whistle blowers provided some documented proof and a bunch of photos and videos of vast fields of new electric cars that we’d consider EPA super fund eligible sites due to the chemicals leeching from the roting cars.
