Just don’t use them.
Just don’t use them.
Nginx Proxy Manager is awesome for managing certificates. I have all of my services running behind it.
As I said in another post
I’m very well aware that all of these problems can be fixed. But you need to put extra work in. There is no benefit for doing that.
Sure you can fix any of these problems above like running Windows software with Wine or installing the appropriet drivers. But I don’t want to do that if I can just use Windows with no extra work.
You use Arch Linux but can’t fix your wifi?
Except for (raytraced) games, for your Logitech keyboard, your Razer headset, your Xbox Controller not connecting, your Windows-only Software that won’t work.
It’s terrible. You probably just found a way to live with it and get used to.
It would work exactly the same. What makes you think it would be inferior? It’s not like a machine that has a manufacturing quality. This is software. And the data for training they already have.
It’s probably even higher than that. These stats are mostly based on website visits I believe. And many Linux users are also privacy-minded and might spoof their OS in the browser. I bet a large portion of the Unknown is actually Linux too.
As a European, I don’t trust the USA either. Maybe even less so.
Blu-rays do not actually take up this much space: On a 1TB drive you can store about 10-12 4K movies. You need a backup and you need a second drive for your Raid setup. This takes up quiet a lot of space too.
Besides that: storing the movies on a Raid system is a lot more expensive. If I’d rip all of my blu-rays to a digital copy, I’d need like 12 TB of storage. In a raid setup with backup, that’s quiet expensive!
Is this a serious question? These things are already well defined in the law. There is no conspiracy here, sorry. You need to look elsewhere.
This is entirely different. Copilot and Chatgpt doesn’t exactly reproduce the code. It’s paraphrasing it. By your logic you’re not allowed to implement anything as the majority of algrithms originate from scientific research and papers that also have copy-rights on them.
Well, this post got deleted too. But the website is back up it seems.
I think Funkwhale is dead isn’t it?
This is about nukes. Reading comprehension not your thing?

Who is they? All I hear is someone.
Since fixing these things are so easy, why don’t we continue with fixing my 5.1 Surround speaker that are plugged in with basic 3.5mm plugs and don’t work at all? And my GSync monitor that isn’t doing its GSync stuff. And my games having subpar performance. How about my Mincraft Modrinth Mod launcher that has like 10 fps just in the menu. Then let’s also fix all the DRM issues with Netflix and Prime.
I’ve been using Linux in Dual boot for decades for development purposes. But only for this. Because the list of problems is extremely long. I know I can fix all of that somehow but I’m just not going to do that. When I have a problem, I’ll just boot over to Windows where I usually don’t have it or it’s easier to fix.
