Used Airalo in the EU last year, only complaint was it took a few hours for the data to work reliably, but it was 100% after that. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know traveling.

I use Photopea all the time, I love it because the UI is almost an exact copy paste of PS, my only complaint is I wish they had a lifetime license to get rid of that side bar ad, the only options are all subscriptions/monthly. And I know the donate page literally says they don’t do subscriptions, but what else do you call a one time payment for 30 days of ad free?
Ad block works to block the ad, but I haven’t found a way to get that screen space back.
Yep, they’ll definitely stick to the blue green system that already exists, threads with greens will just be improved from what they were/currently are
I have seen some simple solder equipment and supplies at Home Depot and Lowe’s in the last year, usually with the other electrical wiring and equipment. Of course, you still have to go out to a store and hope that they have something, because I have found both to have unreliable in stock information, but it can’t hurt if you need something same day.
I got an email advertising a learn unity bundle from them this morning, I don’t think they have a stance lol
It’s all fun and games until tab autocomplete stops working because of disk space
I have lived in northern Nevada for eight years, the amount of trash left in Black Rock and what they dump around Reno the days after Burning Man is over makes them seem a whole lot less climate conscious. I’ve seen piles of playa dust covered junk just dumped in streets and parking lots and RVs dumping directly into street gutters. Many Renoites will tell you similar stories, unfortunately.
I know it isn’t all of them, but there are plenty of them unfortunately.
I had professors do different wordings for questions throughout college, I never encountered a professor or TA that wouldn’t clarify if asked, and, generally, the amount of confusing questions evened out across all of the versions, especially over a semester. They usually aren’t doing it to trick students, they just want to make it harder for one student to look at someone else’s test.
There is a risk of it negatively impacting students, but encouraging students to ask for clarification helps a ton.
I believe it happens if the OP sets the language to something other than undefined when creating their post. It is an option I noticed when using lemmy.world directly, I set it to English on a post I made, someone PM’d me and said they couldn’t leave a comment, I changed the post’s language to undefined via an edit, and then the person was able to comment on it. I was able to recreate the issue on my end with both an app and also with the lemmy.world browser UI with language set to undefined.
I think being able to mark certain posts as certain languages has its advantages, but when most lemmy front ends don’t support language settings, it just causes silent errors and confusion.
What platform are you using?
Latest iOS 16 on an iPhone 14 pro max and my splash is black with the app logo. Dark mode is always on on my phone if that matters.
A way to force it would be nice though.
Exactly what I do with my ancient series 3, I have had no issues unless I forget my charger. I can go maybe 36 hours before a charge, closer to 30 if I do a few workouts.
That all being said, my fiancée and a friend both have series 3s that can’t even stay alive for 12 hours. I had my watch for a year longer than they did, so it’s not an age thing, I just think the batteries are very hit or miss.
