Edge is on Linux? Either way doesn’t matter bc edge is dogshit but I thought it was Windows only.

Thought I was looking at r/place for a moment
They protected their users because if they didn’t they wouldn’t have users. I have asked plenty of friends why they don’t use Android and their response is “it doesn’t have iMessage” and that if it did they would switch.
That isn’t a problem with Linux, as much as I hate it. It’s a problem with Asus, which I hate more. Asus is known for having many unfixable bugs on everything they have similar to these but even this isn’t as severe as most people get where their audio will go out for days on end.
I have a feeling Amazon offered it to them, not the other way around.
Most carriers either have their own app or their own rcs network for rcs. It is also possible to use the web interface of Google messages to make one, not sure if anyone except beeper has done this though.
I use beeper (a version of these apps that is actually released but kinda shit) and it’s perfectly fine. Their solution would be better because it runs locally on the phone, however it’s only on supported phones which is most likely just nothing phones.
There is a reason they don’t send it until someone is online. On iMessage, you know if someone read it, not if they actually are able to receive it. If they fix the bug where the time of the message is when it finishes sending, it will be a great feature because you know if they have access to their phone and data. It will try to send it throughout the down time. Also you can use other rcs apps and have things go through rcs messages because of desktop authentication.
I don’t want them to either but we both know rcs will not be supported on Apple. At least not easily.
They want iPhone users to have want they want and need when switching to Android. I think it’s not a bad idea. Personally, I find MMS to be horrible. Not because of lack of features but because it is different for everybody in one group chat. The messages become out of order, things don’t send but say they do, etc. iMessage isn’t the best solution, but if I’m being kicked out of group chats because I’m that one person making it MMS, then I’m all for iMessage on Android.
I swear ark survival evolved is a fucking zip bomb. There is no way that game is 350gb and has been for years. I had to install it on a second drive.
Brave has still worked fine throughout all this. I’ve been using it for a while and I wouldn’t have even known about the message if it wasn’t for news articles and Lemmy posts.
Woosh He just said the top 25% is as smart as the top 25% and the bottom 25% is as smart as the bottom 25%…
Possibly, but Apple’s shitty version of the cable basically made it break more on the actual cable than the connector. It seems that this may be fixed with usb c because of the thicker cable though.
I think he is trying to use c/memes as r/technicallythetruth.
I actually doubt that phones are the major reason for a post like this. There are many reasons that you could fill in that only happen to some schools but phones happen to be the only one that applies to nearly every school. For example, at my school, our lunches have been cut down to shit 15 minutes at most, and if you buy lunch, it’s much less. We usually have them call 5 minutes left. Sometimes they will say the kitchen is closed, sometimes they can’t because people are still ordering.
Edge is copying a lot of stuff from the yet-to-be-released-on-Windows arc browser. This is one of them. They seem to have not added the other stuff that interfaces with it like the one window split screen.
This is why it’s mainly larger developers that care about their community that implement Linux support. Take valve for example. Wonderful company that cares about their playerbase more than the average game development team. They have Linux support on almost all of their games as far as I am aware. Bungie is a decent company but most of their community doesn’t want to play on Linux anyway, so they won’t bother with it. However most teams that are smaller or care more about money than players won’t do it.
Google’s files app really helps with this
